Motorola Fire XT can be useful at 12500, but Samsung Ace Plus is the best phone at about 15000 among all of them. Most low end android phones have low internal memory which can be pretty limiting. It is the highest selling android phone in India because of best possible specs at that price range. If you could increase your budget to 15000, Samsung Ace Plus is the best option available today. Just remember most low end android phones have very low internal memory apart from low RAM and low processing speeds. You will need at least 600 Mhz of processing speeds and at least 512 MB RAM.
